

This was a white-label project for TopHat. Dockside Property Services manned the sales office and oversaw all marketing, shifting the focus from London to local buyers. This dramatically lowered marketing costs. We offered a complete, turn-key solution and were responsible from point of original contact to handing over the keys. As our client had no aftercare programme in place initially, we assisted in this and went on to help setting aftercare up. We sold 82 homes in 28 months, exceeding our sales target, whilst increasing sales prices.




CQRL acquired the asset following an unsuccessful build. Dockside were originally one of three letting agents. Using our London experience, we maximised rental values by utilising targeted marketing. We were then appointed sole letting and managing agent for c.200 1 and two bedroom apartments. Finally, when our client wanted to exit, we sold all of the apartments. This was a white-label marketing project and we handled the process from viewing to key hand-over. We attended selling events in Singapore and Hong Kong. 65% of our buyers were UK based. We retain many units under management.
